The losses keep piling up for the Nova Scotia Leviathan.

Nova Scotia got a valiant performance from pitcher Andrew Johnson, but it wasn't enough to beat the Charleston Battery. Charleston won the game, 8-0. Johnson threw 7.1 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. Raúl Fuentes earned the win for Charleston. He lasted 7 innings, allowing no runs on 5 hits, while striking out 5. With the win, he raised his record to 3-2.

Charleston relied on the bat of Stu Hamilton to get the win. The second baseman ripped a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Battery ahead, 1-0. For the game, Hamilton had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
