Johnson Delivers 5-0 Win
|
Nova Scotia picked up a win at The Dungeon in Halifax, toppling the Toledo Stingers, 5-0. Pitcher Andrew Johnson was one of the reasons the Leviathan triumphed. Nova Scotia is now 4-7.
Johnson, who was born in Dallas, Texas, threw 106 pitches over 7.2 innings, while allowing no runs.
"We take it day by day here," said Johnson, "and today was a good one for us."
