James Moya was a major contributor to the 8-5 Buckhead win over D.C.. The Bowties first baseman was 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Walt Gould, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save. With the loss, D.C. falls to 6-2.

With Buckhead leading 5-1 in the bottom of the fourth, Moya came up to bat against D.C. pitcher Jeremy Brody. Moya hit a fastball to right-center for a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season put the Bowties on top, 8-1.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Moya.
