Great Season For Park, Wins PMSL Pitcher of the Year Award

The USPL Mexican Summer League has heralded Pung-cho Park of the MSL New Orleans Voodoo as the #1 man on the mound for the 2051 campaign.

This year's Pitcher of the Year Award winner stood out by running up an impressive 3-4 record, holding opposing hitters to a .199 batting average and posting a 1.88 ERA. The 19-year-old hurler tossed 57.1 innings, gave up 41 hits, fanned 58 and issued 15 walks.

He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10. Jesús Durán of the MSL New Orleans Voodoo finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Anthon Arents of the MSL Hollywood Shredders finished third.
