Big Year for Moya, Wins 3A- Pitcher of the Year Award Sunday, September 24th , 2051 Júlio Moya of the Ellesmere Island Snowpeople will be adding a new centerpiece to his mantel after being tabbed for the M3L Low A Pitcher of the Year Award today. The 21-year-old hurler started 19 games this season, tallying a 10-3 record.
