García and Peterson Fight, Get Suspended Wednesday, August 23rd , 2051 After an intense confrontation, both the Angel Kitties Alfredo García and the Trash Pandas Mike Peterson were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Bethlehem-Watford City game. Alfredo García will miss 2 games, while Mike Peterson was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Alfredo García commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." García is presently batting .249 with 10 home runs, 54 runs scored and 35 RBIs. His OBP is .355.
