Fort Knox Hurler Tops in Pitcher of the Year Award Voting Sunday, September 24th , 2051 The Pitcher of the Year Award for 2051 has been announced and the USPL Low A winner is Lloyd Best of the Fort Knox Centennial. With a record of 14-3, Best was certainly a worthy winner. He made 19 starts and rang up 105 innings, 125 strikeouts and a 1.46 ERA. He received 6 first place votes out of a possible 10. Bob Porter of the Hicksville Hounds finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Ben Keddy of the Athletic Club KC U-21 finished third with 2 first place votes.
