16 Ks for Terry, Beats Redwood 3-1 Tuesday, July 25th , 2051 Led by an outstanding performance from starter John Terry, the Hicksville Hounds topped the Redwood Rhinos today by a score of 3-1 at Hound Pound. The 19-year-old Terry brought his top game to the mound, striking out 16 batters while allowing 3 hits and giving up no walks. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Rhinos manager Dave Parrish said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes." This year his stats show Terry has 9 saves in 19 relief appearances with a 3-2 record and 3.00 ERA.
