Croonenborgh Stands Out, Choice for Best Pitcher Sunday, October 1st , 2051 Felipe Croonenborgh of Ottawa had an award-winning September as he took home the M3L Double A Pitcher of the Month award. "He told me once people used to make fun of the way he pitches," Croonenborgh's pitching coach told reporters. "There wasn't anybody laughing in September except for Felipe." Croonenborgh was all business when he took the mound though, collecting a 3-0 record in 3 starts. He struck out 21 batters in 22 innings and kept opponents to a .171 batting average. Lifetime Croonenborgh has chalked up 8 wins and 3 losses and compiled a 2.77 ERA. |
