Özdemir and Frost Brawl, League Suspends Them Thursday, June 8th , 2051 Gökhan Özdemir of the Baton Rouge Brass and Rich Frost of the Kansas Rainbeaus will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 5 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Brass-Rainbeaus game at Brass Field. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Özdemir and Frost will begin serving them soon. So far this season Özdemir is hitting .316 with 4 home runs, 12 RBIs and 12 runs scored. He has 24 hits in 76 at-bats and a .424 OBP. This season-to-date Frost has 3 wins and 1 loss and a 2.78 ERA. |
