Seahawks CF Rosário Suspended 3 Games Monday, July 3rd , 2051 José Rosário of the Myrtle Beach Seahawks became belligerent after a third-strike call in the game against South Beach yesterday at Seahwaks Stadium. Today, the Seahawks center fielder addressed his battle with the umps and the ejection that resulted in a 3-game suspension by the league. Rosário said the league report submitted to the league by the umpiring crew did not tell whole story. "They conveniently left out the names they called me." In a statement the league said the suspension was because Rosário returned to the field after the first argument had subsided. Presently Rosário is batting .156 with 1 home run and 4 RBIs. He has played in 13 games and scored 3 times. |
