Morales Earns SA Top Pitcher Trophy Saturday, July 1st , 2051 A standout performance in June earned Cisco Morales the Pitcher of the Month Award in the USSL Single A. When his name was penciled in to start by the Kingston skipper, it meant trouble for opposing teams. For the month the Mangos star racked up 4 wins and 2 losses. In 38.1 innings of work, Morales limited opposing batters to 26 base hits and a .191 batting average. He notched 36 strikeouts, issued 11 walks and had a 1.88 ERA. On his stats sheet this season Morales shows a 6-2 record, 10 starts, 59.2 innings, 71 strikeouts and a 1.96 ERA. |
