3A Best Manager, Beck of the Walla Walla Walleye Friday, September 22nd , 2051 An outstanding season by the Walleye garnered their manager Calvin Beck the M3L Single A Manager of the Year award for 2051. He led Walla Walla to a 67-29 record this year and a first place finish in the Menard's A. Even so, Beck seemed less than thrilled. "I don't give a darn about the award," he growled to reporters, "I just want this team to win championships!" |
