Crawford and Brotherton Brawl, League Suspends Them

Will Crawford of the Washington Generals and Alfie Brotherton of the Alaskan Bush Pilots will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 2 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Generals-Bush Pilots game at Washington Park.
Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Crawford and Brotherton will begin serving them soon.
This season Crawford is swinging the bat at a .241 pace. He has hit 5 home runs and scored 27 times, while driving in 15. His on-base percentage is .342 and he has played in 70 games.
Over the season, Brotherton has made 11 relief appearances with no saves. He has K'd 77 batters in 63.1 innings, yielded 19 walks and has a 3.27 ERA. Brotherton's record this year is 4-3.
