Gonzáles Skunks Caterpillars Sunday, June 25th , 2051 Pablo Gonzáles subdued the Grand Forks Caterpillars, 5-0, pitching a 2-hit gem for the Walla Walla Walleye at Walleye Tank. "He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Walla Walla skipper Calvin Beck said afterward. Gonzáles registered 7 strikeouts and issued 2 walks in his superb performance. "We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said Grand Forks manager Steve Ferguson after the defeat. So far this year Gonzáles has a 6-1 record with a 1.56 ERA.
