Bad News for Bu and Pittsburgh Wednesday, September 13th , 2051 Shuan-yan Bu was taking it slow and easy nursing a strained achilles tendon back to good health, when he suffered a setback. According to a Pittsburgh team official, "Shuan-yan was making excellent progress and it appeared he would return to the squad ahead of schedule. But then he reinjured it in a light workout." Club doctors now say the 29-year-old Kingfishers left fielder will be out at least another 5 days. Bu is currently batting .212 with 12 home runs and 34 RBIs. |
