Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Thursday, August 10th , 2051 Les Lumsden of the Athletic Club KC and José Hernández of the San Mateo Dirty Reds received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 5 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Athletics Park. In 46 games this year Lumsden has posted a .237 average and put up these numbers: 3 home runs, 25 RBIs and 15 runs scored. This year Hernández has a 1-9 record with a 4.37 ERA. |
