Raucous Beyond the Wall Crowd Propels White Walkers to 3-0 Victory; Series Tied at 2
|
The Buffalo White Walkers and the Boston Patriots will take the ToC Semi-Finals to a decisive 5th game. Facing a must-win situation today, the White Walkers shut out the Patriots 3-0 at Beyond the Wall to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Buffalo right-hander José Ramírez did his part. He threw 6.0 innings of shutout ball.
Ramírez, who was born in Youngstown, Ohio, threw 74 pitches over 6 innings, while allowing no runs.
"We're happy," Ramírez told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."
The next game is set to be played for Friday, October 13th , 2051 at Dunkin Donuts Park in Boston.
