Montana Tops Buffalo Again, 4-1
The Montana Pandas moved to within one game of the ToC Semi-Finals today, downing the Buffalo White Walkers on the road at Beyond the Wall by a score of 4-1. Pandas right-hander Lewis Thompson had a strong outing. He threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The win gives the Pandas a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-5 ToC First Round.

Thompson, who was born in Palm Bay, Florida, threw 88 pitches over 7 innings, while allowing 1 run.

"We're not going to sweep 'em," Thompson said in response to a question after the game. "Buffalo is too good not to take a game somewhere."

Game 3 is scheduled for Monday at Panda Park in Missoula.
