Bakersfield Sweeps PL AAA Championship
The Bakersfield Nobles made quick work of the Baton Rouge Brass in the PL AAA Championship, sweeping them aside to clinch the 16th USPL Triple A crown in Nobles history.

Bakersfield sealed the series today at Jerome Grounds with a 3-1 victory. During the regular season play, the Nobles notched a 62-40 record and wound up in first place in the Premier AAA race.

"I won't say it was easy, because baseball games are rarely easy," said Bakersfield manager Jesús Román. "But I did expect we would have to play a much longer series."
