Hernández Helps MSL Colorado Cruise to 10-1 Win

The home crowd had a good time watching the MSL Buffalo White Walkers and MSL Colorado Billy Goats get after it.
MSL Colorado third baseman Edgardo Hernández helped his team beat the MSL Buffalo White Walkers, 10-1. Hernández, who is rated as the 73rd best prospect by BNN, went 3 for 5 for the Billy Goats. Freddy Rosas, the winner, improved to 5-5. He held MSL Buffalo to 1 run on 4 hits over 6.2 innings, while racking up 14 strikeouts. Shusui Ichihara earned save number 2 this season.
When the Billy Goats needed a boost, it was the light-hitting Hernández who delivered. Facing MSL Buffalo pitcher Jesús Villalobos the bottom of the eighth with the bases loaded, Hernández hit his 3rd home run of the year. It made the score 10-1.
After the game, Hernández refused to speak to a reporter for the MSL Colorado News. "You've accused me of throwing teammates under the bus," he said. "So, excuse me if I decline to answer your questions."
MSL Colorado is now 22-16.
