Dirty Reds Dealt 4-3 Loss by MSL Buffalo
The MSL Buffalo White Walkers had to overcome a big game from MSL San Mateo right fielder Luis Cruz to leave MSL Buffalo Ballpark with a victory. And they did, winning 4-3. Cruz went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. MSL Buffalo has won 4 straight games.

The White Walkers beat the Dirty Reds in part due to timely hitting. Case in point: the two-out single José Guzmán produced in the bottom of the eighth. Batting against Lee, Guzmán gave his team a 4-3 lead when he hit a run-scoring single.

In comments to the MSL Buffalo Today, Guzmán admitted he's been told to improve his work habits. "But," he said, "I know when to take it to another gear."
