Yoshitaka Shinohara was masterful in helping the MSL Hollywood Shredders take down the MSL New Orleans Voodoo, 3-0. Shinohara picked up the win for MSL Hollywood, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 1-2. Rizal Culata recorded the save for MSL Hollywood, his 1st of the season.

MSL Hollywood used the timely hitting of Lou de Klerk to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Shredders ahead, 3-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I found a nice groove out there," said Shinohara.

The victory puts MSL Hollywood at 4-7.
