Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Tijuana Toros and the Flint Crush. Tijuana won it, 2-1. Tijuana starter Joey Greco was in command. Tijuana is in last place in the Menard's Low A with a record of 21-32.

The Toros were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when catcher Phil Baker turned a first pitch fastball from Salvador Martínez into a 2-run double. The walk-off double electrified the Toros Ballpark denizens and sent the Toros home with a thrilling 2-1 win.

Greco said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
