Rocketeers Snag 4-2 Win
Seattle turned a good effort from starter Coyote Peterson into a win over the Echo Park Lakers at Boeing Dome. The final score was 4-2. Joe Boyle, now 1-0, was credited with the win. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while striking out 2 and walking 1. The Rocketeers now have a record of 22-22 with the win over Echo Park.

Seattle took a 4-2 lead on Maxim Abeele's 7th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Abeele hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Echo Park pitcher Jason Cannon shaking his head.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Abeele said.
