Otters Cut Down Uruguayans, 7-3
|
Tulsa and Germantown got after it at Ballpark of Albuquerque.
The Tulsa Otters picked up a win at Ballpark of Albuquerque, knocking off the Germantown Uruguayans, 7-3. Starting pitcher To-wai Gang played a key role in the triumph. Tulsa currently is in 8th place in the Silver Low A at 12-14.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Kong Pan? The Tulsa right fielder had a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put the Otters on top, 4-0. For the game, Pan had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said Tulsa manager Ben Cooper.
