The Fort Knox Centennial topped the Redwood Rhinos, 13-3, with youngster Gonzalo Zarauza playing a key role. Zarauza was 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 3 and driving in 2 for the Centennial in the win. The winning pitcher was Matt Johns. He's now 9-0. He went 6.1 innings, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits for the Centennial. Fort Knox has now won 6 straight.

The Centennial got a big hit from pinch hitter Jorge Gómez. In the top of the ninth, Gómez pounded a 3-run home run to left-center. His 1st home run of the season put the Centennial ahead, 13-3.
