Hermit Crabs Walk It Off for 43rd Win of Season
The Huntington Hermit Crabs topped the South Beach Blaze, 3-2, in USPL Single A action at The Shell. The standout performance belonged to Huntington pitcher and San Rafael, Costa Rica, native Gabriel Hernández. The win puts the Hermit Crabs at 43-50, while the Blaze drop to 58-35.

Sergio Acevedo was the walk-off hero for Huntington. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Hermit Crabs right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place went bonkers at the end," Hernández said.
