River Rats designated hitter Su-shun Hung put his stamp on his team's 5-4 win over the Delmarva Gallos. Hung hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for Columbia in the contest. With the victory, the River Rats upped their record to 36-19.

Juan Santos was the walk-off hero for Columbia. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the River Rats pinch hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"This place sure got loud," said Kevin McCoy, the Columbia manager.
