Yellows Pull Even With 4-3 Victory
|
The Yucca Valley Yellows picked up a win at Jets Stadium, taking down the Kennesaw Jets, 4-3. Starting pitcher Ed Taylor was a big reason why. Yucca Valley has now won 8 straight, while the Jets have lost 4 in a row.
Emory Mills had a critical at-bat with no one out in the top of the eighth for Yucca Valley. He came through with a solo home run to put Yucca Valley in front, 4-0.
"It all comes down to execution," said Yucca Valley manager Pat Carrasco. "Baseball 101."
