Torch Bump Off Expos, 5-2
|
Mancelona starter Rafael Aguilar had a strong outing against the Niagara Falls Expos at Torch Field. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-2 win. Mancelona is now 42-48, Niagara Falls 33-57.
With no one out in the top of the eighth, Dakila Marbibi had a chance to do some damage. Niagara Falls was trailing 5-0, but had the bases loaded. Marbibi came to the plate against Jasper Anraad, and grounded out, driving in 1 run. But it was not enough to complete a Niagara Falls comeback.
