Mancelona rode a fine outing from starter Nathan Mitchell to victory over the Put-In-Bay Commodores at Torch Field. The final score was 3-0. Tom Doyle, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 17th save. With the win, Mancelona goes to 36-43, while the Commodores fall to 42-37.

The Torch got a big at-bat from designated hitter Dillon Bert. For the game, Bert went 2 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 12th double of the season gave Mancelona a 1-0 lead.
