Bush Pilots Prevail, 4-3, Over Put-In-Bay
Alaskan and Put-In-Bay duked it out and the Bush Pilots came out victorious.

The Alaskan Bush Pilots topped the Put-In-Bay Commodores, 4-3, in M3L Single A action at Bush Pilots Park. The standout performance belonged to Alaskan pitcher and Las Cruces, New Mexico, native Eric Anderson. The Bush Pilots saw their win-loss record go to 30-29. At the same time, the Commodores fell to 34-25.

The Bush Pilots got a big at-bat from left fielder Steve Lund, who in the bottom of the second hit a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Bush Pilots on top, 3-0.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Put-In-Bay skipper Adrián Hernández.
