Lahti Throws 3-Hitter En Route to 6-1 Patriots Win
|
The Boston Patriots tallied a win at Dunkin Donuts Park, throttling the Colorado Billy Goats, 6-1. Starting pitcher Iiri Lahti was a big reason for his team's success. Boston now owns a record of 56-40.
Lahti was in the zone all game. He frustrated Colorado hitters while giving the Patriots 9 innings of quality work. Lahti threw 97 pitches, allowing 3 hits and getting 7 punchouts.
