Barton Springs had no answer for Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas hurler Walt Middleton, who overwhelmed Blues hitters as the Cangrejos Fantasmas coasted to victory, 6-1. With the win, Chesapeake goes to 35-45, while the Blues fall to 34-46.

Chesapeake used the timely hitting of José Clemente to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Cangrejos Fantasmas ahead, 3-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," Clemente told the Chesapeake Herald.
