The Barton Springs Blues racked up a win at Heron Field, bumping off the Lake Minnetonka Love Boats, 3-2. Curt Stokes, who started for Barton Springs, pitched effectively for his team. Sun-ho Yang earned the save for Barton Springs, his 8th. The win puts the Blues at 29-36, while the Love Boats drop to 41-24.

Barton Springs used the timely hitting of Wilton Meadows to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Blues on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Lake Minnetonka manager William Smith said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
