The Lake Minnetonka Love Boats had to overcome a fine effort from St. Petersburg pitcher Colm Broomfield to grab a narrow 1-0 win at Heron Field. Broomfield went 6 innings and allowed 1 run. The win makes Lake Minnetonka 23-10.

Lake Minnetonka shortstop Conceição Adriano helped the Love Boats go up, 1-0, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Adriano hit a run-scoring single off St. Petersburg pitcher José Blanco.
