Patterson Now 2-2 After Subduing Cangrejos Fantasmas
|
Left-hander Anthony Patterson mesmerized the Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas while leading the Asheville Highlanders to a 5-0 victory. At 17-11, the Highlanders are currently second in the Silver AA.
It was an impressive turn from the legendarily hard-working Patterson, who tallied 3 strikeouts in 7 innings while allowing just 2 hits. Patterson, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2050 draft, goes to 2-2 on the year with 8 strikeouts.
"Anthony was Anthony," said Highlanders manager Don Thomas. "He gave it all he's got."
