Zhu Delivers Walk-Off Win for Patriots
Fans of the Boston Patriots who packed the stands for the home opener were rewarded with a Boston win over the visiting Athletic Club KC, 2-1. Iiri Lahti started for the home team against Conor March. Conor March earned accolades for his performance. The win was credited to Mitch Henley in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Jeffrey Strickland took the loss.

Boston won the game in the bottom of the 15th inning. With one out and Jeffrey Strickland on the mound for Athletic Club KC, third baseman Yeow-whye Zhu hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Patriots fans to their feet.

"Can't say enough about our pitching," said Zhu.
