3-2 Loss to Farmers Extends Casper Losing Streak
|
Lancaster Farmers starter Aldo Buyse turned in a sterling performance against the Casper Ghosts, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. The first-place Farmers now have a 4-game winning streak.
In the top of the fourth, Lancaster left fielder Paul Myers had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and two out, Myers stroked a run-scoring single to center. It made the score 3-1, Lancaster. For the game, he went 1-3.
"Good pitching, clutch hitting," said Lancaster skipper Dave Davis. "I can't complain."
