The Minnesota Loons beat the Casper Ghosts, 4-3. Minnesota pitcher and Guanica, Puerto Rico, native Alberto Nieves led the way. Nieves went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 2, and struck out 7. His record improves to 2-4. Michael Kilshaw picked up the save, his 3rd.
