Dirty Reds Win Thriller, 4-3
|
The fans at Lang Park witnessed quite a game.
San Mateo starter Eugene Phillips had a strong outing against the Buffalo White Walkers at Lang Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. San Mateo is now 29-27.
The game ended with a bang. In the bottom of the ninth, with San Mateo trailing 3-2, Casey Vincent jumped on a 2-2 fastball from Mario Rosales for a 2-run home run, sending the Dirty Reds to a walk-off win.
"This place was rockin'," said Phillips.
