Norfolk and Austin duked it out and the Pajaritos came out victorious.

River Rosa pitched a gem to lead Norfolk to victory over the Austin Black Mambas, 2-0. Perry Cox earned save number 5 this season.

Norfolk used the timely hitting of Paul Green to capture the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Pajaritos on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.

"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Norfolk manager José Rodríguez said.

The win gives Norfolk a season record of 35-20.
