The Austin Black Mambas topped the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes, 7-3, in USSL Triple A action at Mamba Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Austin pitcher Dan Sanders. Miguel Ávila recorded his 1st save for Austin. Austin now has a 3-game win streak.

Bruce Booth helped out the Austin cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 5 with a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2.

"It was a solid team effort," said Booth after the game.
