|
The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes handed the Norfolk Pajaritos a sound defeat, 13-3, at Crane Field. Lucas Lerwill was a main contributor to the win. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 4 runs for Santa Barbara. Tim Waters closed the game out for Santa Barbara, earning his 1st save. With the win, the Golden Cranes improved to 21-24.
Robbie Fisher, who is tied for 2nd in the SAAA in bases on balls with 30, contributed to the Santa Barbara win with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 runs batted in.
