Lee tai hoi Chen was in a mood to talk following the Austin Black Mambas contest against the Salt Lake City Buzz, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Buzz, 4-0.

"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Chen said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."

The right-hander blanked Salt Lake City on a 4-hitter, allowing no walks and racking up 5 strikeouts.
