De La Cruz drives in 5 runs to Power Voodoo Offense
In a high-scoring contest between New Orleans and Greenville, right fielder Francisco De La Cruz was a difference-maker. De La Cruz, who is tied for 10th in the PL in hits with 53, distinguished himself in the 14-8 New Orleans win. He was 2 for 2 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5. The loss makes Greenville 28-23.

De La Cruz put New Orleans up, 9-0, when he hit a 3-run home run off Patrick Amador in the top of the fourth. His 4th home run of the season helped the Voodoo capture the win.

"If the personal accolades come, so be it," said De La Cruz. "I just want to win ballgames."
