In a well-pitched game between the Syracuse Starks and the Athletic Club KC Reserves, pitcher Albert Crawford was fantastic. The Syracuse left-hander helped his team secure the win, 3-1. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Starks.
The Starks got a big at-bat from catcher Ramiro Rivera, who in the top of the fifth hit a solo home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Starks on top, 2-1.
"We need to keep playing good baseball," Rivera told the Syracuse Citizen.
