Kansas picked up a win at Wichita Field, bumping off the Syracuse Starks, 5-2. Pitcher Rich Frost was a major reason the Rainbeaus emerged victorious. Frost, the winner, moves to 6-4. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 2 walks. Picking up the save was Alberto Ramos, his 1st.
