The Athletic Club KC Reserves wasted an impressive 7.2-inning effort from starter Nicholas Beer, falling 2-1 to the Monongahela Monsters at Timber Hawks Ballpark. António Haritos earned the win for Monongahela. He lasted 6.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 6 hits, while striking out 5. With the win, he raised his record to 1-0. The 7th-place Monsters sport a record of 30-31.
Sébastien Guillaume drove in one run for Monongahela. In a tie game with one out in the bottom of the sixth, Guillaume came through with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Monsters in front, 2-1.
